The documentation we gather, including before and after pictures and records of any present damage, is used for internal purposes within our company.
It is primarily intended to assist us in improving our services, maintaining quality standards, addressing any concerns that may arise during the cleaning process and can and will be used as evidence in the event of a charge dispute between a client's credit card company and The Boardwalk Cleaning Co.
It is not used for external marketing, advertising, or any other purposes beyond the scope of our services.
